In this project, you will be part of a large international team working on the development of hemodialysis medical devices. As a Scrum Master, your role will be to support the software development teams by ensuring effective collaboration and agile processes. Your contributions will expedite the delivery of these innovative devices to the market, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for patients around the world.

Work

As a Scrum Master, you will support Software Engineering teams working on cutting-edge hemodialysis medical devices. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, foster team communication, resolve conflicts, and help drive continuous improvement in multiple projects.

Other responsibilities would include:

  • Support and moderate Scrum meetings (iteration planning, reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
  • Motivate, support, and encourage global agile teams in self-organization.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project obstacles by using metrics/KPIs and active solution proposals.
  • Align backlog structure and project reporting measures at project start.
  • Support Change Management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a key user and administrator for lifecycle management tools like Polarion, Windchill, and Azure.
  • Conduct user training and participate in tool and process improvements.

We are looking for a person with the following experience:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and project reporting.
  • Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Polarion, or Windchill.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to think critically and facilitate change based on team dynamics and challenges.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, PSM II) is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
